With over 4000 dealerships listed, securing a place in the top 5 is outstanding. For car dealerships aiming to benchmark their performance, these dealerships have set the gold standard.

  1. Henrys Suzuki Glasgow Ltd – With 997 Google reviews in total and a five star rating, Henrys Suzuki Glasgow have topped the league for the second time in a row.
  2. Startin Dacia Worcester – With 368 total Google reviews and a five star rating, Startin Dacia Worcester hold second position once again. 
  3. Toomey Hyundai Basildon – With 328 total Google reviews and a five star rating, Toomey Hyundai Basildon have moved up from fourth place for Q2 to third place for Q3. 
  4. Lookers Nissan Sunderland – With 175 total Google reviews and a five star rating, Nissan Sunderland have jumped up five positions for Q3.
  5. Arnold Clark Dunee Kia – With 174 total Google reviews and a five star rating, Dundee Kia have impressively jumped up 11 positions since the results for Q2.

Manufacturer Insights: Top 5 Performers

Beyond individual dealerships, it’s important to examine which car manufacturers are leading the way in online reputation. By focusing on the brands with the highest average ratings, we’ve identified the top five manufacturers for Q3:

  1. Dacia – Leading the pack, Dacia claims the top spot with an average rating of 4.78 stars and 1,193 new reviews in Q3. Their consistent delivery of value for money and reliable service resonates strongly with UK buyers.

  2. Aston Martin – Known for luxury, Aston Martin secures second place with an impressive 4.74-star average and 144 new reviews. Even with fewer reviews, their dedication to customer care is clear.

  3. MG – With an astounding 4,492 new reviews and an average rating of 4.73 stars, MG is gaining a solid reputation for delivering satisfaction to a broad customer base.

  4. Lexus –Lexus impresses with an average rating of 4.65 stars and 767 new reviews, reflecting their commitment to blending luxury with top-tier service.

  5. Hyundai – Rounding out the top five, Hyundai gained an impressive 6,732 new Google reviews in Q3 and an average star rating of 4.63.

Dealerships Rank At These Three Rating Tiers:

Results for Q3 were strong with just a small percentage of dealerships with a less than four-star rating.

  • 4.5+ stars – 40% of dealerships had a Google star rating over 4.5.
  • 4.0 – 4.5 stars – 53% of dealerships have a Google star rating between 4.0 – 4.5
  • >4 stars – 7% of dealerships had a Google star rating of less than 4 stars.
